Suitable for small-medium sized activities such as agriturisms, farms, breeders that want to valorize their own local product.

 

Description

 

The module is composed of two separated spaces:

  • DIRTY ZONE (stunning, bleeding, skinning)
  • CLEAN ZONE (evisceration, quartering, cold store)

The module is provided with general electric switchboard and water plant with washing water collection.

All surfaces are easy to  check and disinfect, according to the current regulation.
