USE: it is used to stun the animal through electro-narcosis.. Completely automatic; stainless steel structure with fiberglass tank. It stuns all kind of birds without damaging the tissues. Voltage can be set through potentiometer set in the electric switchboard CE regulation. Adjustable in height to fit to any kind of bird.



USE: : it is used to stun the chicken through electro-narcosis. CE REGULATION CE 1099/2009 with MANUAL IMPEDANCE LOAD.

DESCRIPTION: pincers have a plastic grip; stainless steel electrodes; electric switchboard with isolating and safety transformer according to CEI 14-6 regulation. It is provided with an electronic device that measures the impedance of the animal and avoid the functioning whether the electricity is not enough for a correct stunning. It guarantees the maximum safety for the operator.



USE: it is used to collect the animal blood during the bleeding phase.

DESCRIPTION: it is made of stainless steel AISI 304 sheet opportunely folded and welded with T.I.G. method. Tha tank is provided with lateral edges to hold blood squirts.



It is made of stainless steel AISI 304 sheet and stainless steel tubutla frame. It is provided with blower to stir the water through compressed air and special pipes. Maintaining system of the temperature is obtained through suitable electric resistances or with heat exchanger; control system of the temperature is obtained through probe and valve.



It is entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304. Two axles provided with aluminium fingers-bearer drums; some drums rotate clockwise, other counterclockwise. This controrotation of drums is obtained through rubber gears. Axle rotation is obtained through two geared motors.



Stainless steel AISI 304 tubular frame. N° 4 lateral bars in stainless steel (heads). Each bar has N° 8 finger-bearers disks. Disks rotate clockwise and counterclockwise alternatively in order to operate on each part of the chicken. Movement is obtained through N° 4 electric three-phase motors. Disks and pulleys are fixed on axles that rotate on ball-bearings inside special aluminium supports. Each bar can be adjustable in height , in width and in incline separately form one to another.



It is used to cut the chicken claws and to unhook them automatically from the slaughtering line on a conveyor belt. It is composed of a blade activated by an electric motor; unhooking device after the claws cutting.



USE: it is used to wash the hooks on the chain.

DESCRIPTION: it is made of: protection carters of stainless steel sheet AISI 304; two rollers with brushes in nylon, put into function from two geared motors of suitable power.



It is used to cut the cloaca of the chicken. Blade is put into function by the pressure of the operator on the trigger while the vacuum keeps the cloaca tight to the blade during the cutting. Compressed air and water will tear off the cloaca and clean the blade. The vent cutter is made of aluminium and stainless steel.



This device, similar to a gun, is connected to the vacuum pump. The operator inserts the aspiration tube in the cavity of the animal and puts into function the vacuum: this allow a rapid evacuation of the lungs and/or other residuals of the evisceration. Body in polyethylene suitable for food and accessories in stainless steel AISI 304. Gun is compatible to any vacuum plant.



Slaughterhouse with 4 funnels made of stainless steel and built to facilitate the flowing of the blood in the container below. The borders of the structure are provided with sheet to protect the operator from blood squirts. It is adjustable-in-height through supports in polyethylene suitable for food. Front door for inspections.



It is entirely made of stainless steel, complete of digital thermostat to regulate water temperature and digital thermometer to read it on the general switchboard. Timer to control the dipping time. It is complete of device to stir the water through a blower that can be activated from the switchboard. Water heating to scald the chicken through 6Kw electric resistance. The tank is provided with specific mobile system of chicken immersion with n° 4 spaces. It is anchored to the surface of the tank. On the front top there is a sink sterilizer with foot control.



It is entirely made of stainless steel AISI 304. The structure of the machine supports a fix basket with a mobile bottom whose speed is suitable for birds plucking. Rubber fingers opportunely sized are set on both the basket and bottom. On the upper part there is a hinged cover, supported by two small gas pistons , on which it is set a limit switch that stops the machine while the cover is opened. On the lower part there is a container made of pierced stainless steel AISI 304 sheet to collect the feathers.



The plan in entirely made of stainless steel and is complete of: tank for viscera collection with discharge on the below stainless steel container; sink with foot control; wash tube set on the washing plan with tank.



USW: : it is used to clean and sterilize the knives.

DESCRIPTION: it is entirely made of satinized stainless steel AISI 304. Rounded-folds for a better cleaning of the sink. Sterilizer is provided with knives-holder in polyethylene suitable for food, overflow, tap to regulate the water circulation, stainless steel resistance, analog thermostat and thermometer to read the temperature. Electric plant built according CEI regulation. Version with knee mixer. .
